01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related policies published on bn888.ws:

• "Platform" means the bn888 website accessible at bn888.ws, including all sub-pages, games, sportsbook features, live casino services, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform, through which the User accesses all services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on bn888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bn888 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bn888.
• You must not be registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading registration data may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances being voided.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bn888 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

You must notify bn888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised. bn888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

bn888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and during ongoing account activity reviews. Required documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder's name).

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a formal request from bn888 may have withdrawal privileges suspended until the verification process is completed to the satisfaction of our compliance team.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and a review of the associated player account.

Deposits are typically credited to your bn888 balance within minutes of a successful transaction. bn888 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking infrastructure, or network congestion on blockchain networks. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

bn888 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by bn888.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bn888 compliance in writing. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time: 1–24 hours from approval, subject to KYC status.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience extended processing times.
• bn888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals via USDT are processed to the wallet address provided at the time of withdrawal request and are subject to on-chain confirmation times.

bn888 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or any other violation of these Terms. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated within each individual promotion.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers at bn888:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds carry a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different requirement. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and the winnings generated from them may only be used on eligible games, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after the date of credit if the wagering requirement has not been met, unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion.
• bn888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification shall not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the bn888 platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules and random number generation (RNG) systems maintained by the respective provider. bn888 does not alter game mechanics or outcomes in any way.

Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. Once a wager has been confirmed and recorded in the platform's systems, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. 08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

If you do not accept a proposed change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining real-money balance before the effective date of the change. You may not continue using the Platform under the previous version of the Terms after the effective date.

bn888 may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. 14 Governing Law

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Section 12 shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English, with each party bearing its own legal costs.
